1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer support team.

If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges after a product has been successfully delivered.

Please check your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive the wrong book or a product that is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately after receiving your order.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution where applicable.

4. Delivery Charge

If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery or requests the parcel to be returned before accepting it, the applicable delivery charge must be paid by the customer.

Delivery charges are non-refundable as they cover the courier service provided.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

• We are unable to deliver your order.

• The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been completed.

• A refund is approved by Zubair's Education due to an error on our part.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method.
